Acceptance of Terms
By using FutuPass, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. For minors, the guardian must accept these terms on their behalf.
Service Description
FutuPass is a management platform for youth soccer clubs that allows organizing teams, tournaments, and tracking player wellness. Services include dashboards, calendar, communication, and management tools.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Minor accounts must be supervised by a registered guardian.
User Conduct
It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal activities, share false information, harass other users, or attempt to access unauthorized data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual Property
FutuPass and its content are owned by FutuPass SpA. You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us license to use it in the context of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
Limitation of Liability
FutuPass is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
